preciosa factura el siguiente plato expresa toda la sensibilidad de la cocinera de Lienzo. Es su `<strong>Cangrejo azul<\/strong>\u00b4que muestra una composici\u00f3n de r\u00e1bano fermentado, r\u00e1bano encurtido y cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche. Un declaraci\u00f3n de intenciones que quiere consumir a una especie invasora que est\u00e1 haciendo estragos en las poblaciones locales de la Albufera, la chef propone su captura y consumo como \u00fanica soluci\u00f3n real para evitar que siga haciendo un da\u00f1o irreparable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\"
