Se emulsiona con dashi y jengibre y se le a\u00f1aden encurtidos caseros y un crujiente de la propia tinta del calamar. Para acompa\u00f1ar en el plato un pan quemao y manteca de cerdo montada con hoja de higuera. Como extra una extrusi\u00f3n de ma\u00edz con polen que Lienzo est\u00e1 desarrollando con la U.P.V. Este postre nace de esa infusi\u00f3n de miel, tomillo y lim\u00f3n de toda la vida para la garganta.<br>En el a\u00f1o 2003 se prohibieron en toda Espa\u00f1a las colmenas en n\u00facleos urbanos, en 2015 Valencia se convirti\u00f3 en la primera ciudad que arranc\u00f3 su proyecto de apicultura urbana. Lienzo quiere ayudar a difundir este proyecto haciendo este postre, para lanzar un mensaje en defensa de las imprescindibles abejas polinizadoras.<br>En el plato una ganache de tomillo y lim\u00f3n, un panal infusi\u00f3n de cera de abeja con nata, en las celdas diferentes mieles de la ciudad, polen fresco, gel de lim\u00f3n y una crema de fondill\u00f3n, y un helado de leche fresca, hojas crujientes de miel urbana y para terminar un trocito de panal. La armon\u00eda se establec\u00eda en este postre con <strong>Nomad Whis<\/strong>ky.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
