Fue el d\u00eda 13 de diciembre y llen\u00f3 su aforo de clientes nacionales e internacionales llamados por la experiencia de vivir las cocina de dos emergentes Estrellas MICHELIN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure abr\u00eda por su parte con <strong>Patata soufl\u00e9<\/strong> y con una <strong>Llisa negra.<\/strong> En su caso las notas mediterr\u00e1neas describ\u00edan para empezar la cocina de Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las tres propuestas de apertura del men\u00fa se sirvieron con el vino <a href=\"https:\/\/bodegasgancedo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/CAPRICHO-GODELLO-2022.pdf\"><strong>Capricho Val de Pxari\u00f1as 2021<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image ahumada con escabeche emulsionado de zanahoria, Menc\u00eda y pi\u00f1ones<\/strong>, de Naveira daba comienzo a su cocina con pescado, un plato que une sabores de su tierra con este singular producto que pasa parte de su vida en el r\u00edo y otra en el mar.
