De una galer\u00eda de arte naci\u00f3 Lienzo, ahora el arte no ha abandonado sus paredes que peri\u00f3dicamente muestran las obras de destacados artistas, pero se proyecta m\u00e1s all\u00e1, al arte ef\u00edmero de la cocina que se pinta y esculpe con las manos de la chef Mar\u00eda Jos\u00e9 Mart\u00ednez<\/strong>. En la direcci\u00f3n de sala y sumiller\u00eda Juanjo Soria<\/strong>, juntos dirigen el restaurante Lienzo.<\/p>\n

Lienzo obtuvo su primera Estrella MICHELIN en la edici\u00f3n 2021 de la reconocida gu\u00eda francesa, estrella que conserva en la actualidad. La Gu\u00eda Repsol tambi\u00e9n concedi\u00f3 a Lienzo su primer Sol en 2020, que sigue manteniendo en la actualidad. La Gu\u00eda Sostenible ha considerado a Lienzo como uno de los restaurantes sostenibles m\u00e1s destacados de la Comunidad Valenciana. Lienzo es el \u00fanico restaurante valenciano con estrella Michelin que cuenta con la m\u00e1xima certificaci\u00f3n Molt Gust por su labor de promoci\u00f3n de los productos agroalimentarios de calidad y ecol\u00f3gicos de la Comunidad Valenciana. Lienzo<\/strong> ha sido reconocido en la prestigiosa gu\u00eda internacional <\/span>We\u2019re Smart Green Guide<\/strong>, por su labor redefiniendo la cocina vegetal en Valencia, con una propuesta que va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la simple elaboraci\u00f3n de platos a base de productos de temporada. Su chef ha recibido el Premio Sostenibilidad Aquanaria Madrid Fusi\u00f3n 2024, y su director de sala y sumiller fue considerado el primer sumiller de Valencia y el n\u00famero 21 de todo el pa\u00eds por Top 100 Sommeliers 2024, revalidando su t\u00edtulo entre los Top 50 de nuevo en 2025.<\/p>\n

Desde peque\u00f1a tuvo claro el papel de las abejas y la polinizaci\u00f3n en la naturaleza, trabajando con su padre en las colmenas de su tierra, y hoy defiende su figura y conservaci\u00f3n de forma permanente llevando a sus platos elaboraciones con miel, cera de abejas y otros derivados. Colabora en la divulgaci\u00f3n del proyecto de apicultura urbana del Ayuntamiento de Valencia, y no es raro verla subida en escaleras a m\u00e1s de cinco metros de altura para salvar una colmena. La sostenibilidad es una m\u00e1xima en la filosof\u00eda de Lienzo, la elecci\u00f3n de peque\u00f1os productores locales, respetuosos con el medio ambiente y el bienestar animal, garantizan la excelencia y sostenibilidad de todos los productos que utilizan para elaborar su cocina mediterr\u00e1nea creativa.<\/p>\n

Los logros de la pareja en su restaurante Lienzo les han valido que su espacio gastron\u00f3mico sea clasificado como el n\u00ba 20 de los TOP100 Restaurantes de TheFork, quedando clasificados junto a los m\u00e1s grandes restaurantes del pa\u00eds.
